How Inked Muse handles the details you share when you send a portfolio or pitch a studio feature, and what we do with published material.
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, subject and message entered in the form. The submission log also records the submission time and the source page, including any query parameters already present in that page URL. The form does not accept file uploads.
We use these details to review and reply to your submission and, where relevant, coordinate editorial follow-up. We do not add form submissions to a mailing list.
The site uses a small number of cookies for basic function and to understand which pages readers actually open. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
The site may rely on hosting and analytics providers for normal website operation. Form submissions are also written to a private server-side log used by the magazine to review and follow up on messages. We do not pass a submission to studios, photographers or artists without asking first.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, request a correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent for further contact. Write to us and we will act on the request. Readers in the EU and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including portability and the right to object to processing.
We do not publish fake endorsements, invented studio partnerships or claims about results we cannot support. Interviews and photo essays come from real shoots and real conversations. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will correct it in the next update.

For direct questions about a submission you have already sent. Calls are answered in Spanish or English.
If you are asking about personal details we hold, name the email address you wrote from and the subject of your original message. That is usually enough to find the thread. For corrections, link the piece and identify the line you want changed. For portfolio or studio pitches, the same inbox works, and the stated response time is within two weeks.
We do not run reader accounts, comments or file uploads on this site, so there is no reader profile or uploaded file to remove. Contact-form submissions are stored in the private submission log described above and can be located using the details in your request.
